Accounts

You must be an adult (18+, or the age of majority where you live) to hold an account. Generation is account-based; there is no anonymous use. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in and for keeping your credentials to yourself.

Credits

Jobs are paid in credits at the prices shown before you confirm each job; failed jobs are refunded automatically. Credits are bought in one-time packs or received through the daily check-in. Credits are an internal account balance only. They are not a cryptocurrency, token, security or any other financial instrument; they cannot be traded, transferred, sold or redeemed for cash, and they have no value outside your account. Packs are digital goods delivered immediately; refunds for packs follow the consumer law of your jurisdiction and the state of the balance — credits already spent on delivered jobs are not refundable.

Content rules

All generated characters must be fictional adults. You may only upload or transform media you own, or media of adults who gave you documented consent. Content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or real identifiable people without consent is prohibited, is removed, and ends accounts; where the law requires, it is reported. The moderation policy is part of these terms.

Your creations

Your library is private by default. Publishing a piece to the gallery is your act, under your responsibility for the rights in it. As between you and the studio, you keep the rights in what you create; you give the studio the licences needed to store, process and — only where you publish — display your work.

Service and liability

The service is provided as available; generation results vary and no outcome is guaranteed for a given prompt. To the extent the law permits, the studio’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page, and continued use is acceptance.
